Ordering/Payment

  • How do I order?

    Browse our website for products you would like to purchase, place them in your cart and then checkout. After, checkout you will find instructions on how to send payment via Email Money Transfer to complete your purchase.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    After you’ve checked out, there will be instructions on how to send payment via Email Money Transfer to complete your purchase.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We only accept Email Money Transfer at this time.

  • Shipping

  • Is the packaging discreet?

    All of our packages are shipped in discreet boxes that are sealed. There will be nothing identifying the contents in the box.

  • How are your packages shipped?

    Our packages are shipped via Canada Post with tracking number which will be emailed to you upon shipping.

  • When can I expect my delivery?

    Depending on when your order is placed, we will ship out packages on the same day or following day. Your package should then arrive within 5-7 days. Expect an additional 1-2 days if you are in a rural area. We will always do our part to ship out packages as quickly as possible but delays due to Canada Post are out of our control.

  • What happens if my package doesn’t arrive?

    Please wait another day as Canada Post will often mark packages as delivered before they are dropped off. If your package still has not arrived then please contact us. An investigation will be opened with Canada Post which will determine whether or not there is a reimbursement.  

  • What happens if I put the wrong address?

    There will be no reimbursement of packages that are sent to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double check your address on all orders.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we only ship in Canada.

  • Refunds

  • I’m not happy with the product. Can I get a refund?

    We will not deny any reasonable requests. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
